It is on the to do list.
I change it for the next build ![]()
Sehr gut gemacht, endlich eine Hilfestellung auf deutsch ![]()
I noticed some missing data in custom CAN stream export and went to check the configuration, has one of the fields been removed (Knock Ignition Correction) and replaced with TurboLamik channel?
Has this field now gone? and been seperated in to the 8 seperate ignition retard channels?
If so, can you confirm if the ‘Knock ign retard cyl N’ is a positive value in log, or signed? So I can CAN export it correctly…
The knock retard now is per cylinder in log.
The value is positive and defines retard (resolution is 0.125 deg)
Can you allow under boost duty cycle corrections, custom table axis: CAM2 so I can use the CAM2 input as turboshaft speed sensor and apply corrections to slow the turbo down please. At the moment you can’t select CAM2 from the drop down, but you can only set turboshaft speed sensor to VSS or CAM2.
I think you need Turboshaft speed there not CAM2. I added this request to bug tracker.
OMG) Wow, are you blowing 5 bar? Male)
Under baro calibration, it maxes out at 255, but i need to set it to 300, as i’ve started using an old map sensor as baro sensor. or maybe if someone wanted to use the map 400 sensor from you guys as a baro, like if it was a spare.
Also under cruise control throttle target, why can’t the x axis be changed to show only 6 and not 8 gears? i know it’s not a big deal but i like optimizing my x and y axis.
Please add more rev limiter options to slower it down. So we can play around with it. I have already asked for this in other topic but wanted to place it here as this is topic for requests.
Yes it is planned for 3.065 build
WIll be changed in 3.065
I will add CAN inputs it for the next build, but remember you need to have at least 100Hz analog sensor CAN update….
Maybe this has been covered and I apologize if it has. I searched and didn’t really see anything.
When assigning MAP sensor inputs, is there a reason we cannot use a CanAnalog input?
It’s fine if that isn’t supported functionality, it just surprised me when I couldn’t add a map sensor to my switchboard and use it as a valid MAP senor under “Settings and Inputs\MAP, BARO\Parameters\Map Analog Input”
Is it speed/reliability reasons?
Thanks.
The MAP sensor is sampled over 2Khz to provide good accuracy without resonances at wide RPM range. Also the latency is very important. Using CAN you will have low frequency and much more latency.
I assumed it was something to that effect.
Thank you for the explanation
Do you think its possible to increase the main fuel map tables by another 2rows of RPM and 2 rows of Load ? So from 16x20 to become 18x22 ? Its an unorthodox number but if i have more than 2bar of boost and more than 8000rpm there is a struggle at rpm and load limits that horsepower deterioates to follow falling fuel demands
I think it would be good to have the staged injection again. That was a feature I used to work with the factory options of the car. Also, launch control I don’t think should be maxed at 31mph. I understand we have rolling start but there is no option for rotary switch like launch control.
