New EDL firmware ver 1.23 available (1.21 is required for V3 firmware in version 3.051 and higher)[https://www.ecumaster.com/files/EDL/VERSION_1_23.zip ], with better SD card support, added support for Lexar sd cards and improved bluetooth communication.
I am back at testing and trying to get higher than 15000 RPM rev limit. I requested increased rev limiters to 16000 RPM a couple of releases ago and some work on this was done. It still however does not work for me.
Rev limiters can be configured up to 16000 RPM. This is my configuration.
To test I am running the ECU on bench with signal generators simulating the crank and cam signal patterns.
I can verify that the rev limiter is incorrectly activated when I reach 15000 RPM and not 15500 RPM as configured.
The control range also don’t seem to exist in 3.062? In earlier releases the rev limiter would progressively start cutting ignition events at RevLim - ControlRange.
The active rev limiter enum and the spark cut source enum also shows None even though a rev limiter is active.
Deleting My Documents\EMU_BLACK_V3\logChannels.xml did not change the max values.
Editing My Documents\EMU_BLACK_V3\logChannels.xml to 16000 RPM increases the range of the rev limiter target measurement, but the actual rev limit target value is still unchanged at 15000 RPM.
can we make the arrows on the menu white ? on my laptop with win11 they become invisible when i click on them xD
And on my desktop they are barely visible
rotary switched and switch inputs, its unclear for me if a rotary switck connected to a switch input like B10, will work as per cal table or wil be just an on/off sw based an a voltage threshold?
Hello, you promised me that your team would update the Dual H-Bridge firmware for stepper motor control and diff control strategy for Haldex 1.gen, what does it look like please?
I will take a look for this issue for the next build.
Accroding control range and spark cut, the rev limiter straegy was changed to get much faster response. Due to this fact the range is only for the ignition retard.
I think it could be connected to the system colous (your app bar looks like non standard windows color). I will try to reproduce it and find a solution.
Switch inputs are only 0-1. So if you connect rotary switch to it you can make only 0 or 1 (when switched to ground). So your rotary switch will have only 2 positions.
I think you mean a rotary switch with resistors ladder that create analog voltage proportional to the position. In such case you need to connect it to analo input or can switch board analog input.
